| YOGA:
Classes are taught in the vinyasa style of yoga. Vinyasa means linking movement
with breath. Connect with your breath as you move through a series of postures
designed to strengthen, tone and stretch. SITNARONG
MUAY THAI:
Beginner classes on Monday and Wednesday are aimed at fitness as well as traditiona
techniques. These classes will challenge your fitness as well as will teach
self defence. Great fun! MORNING
CAMP:
We are dedicating this class to the busy people of Wanaka, long or short term.
We will focus on making your body work better, which means trimming, strenghtening,
stretching and coordinating.
The program is absolutely flexible as you can come any morning in the week
for the amount of days a week you paid for. INDOOR
CYCLING:
Keep fit off season , avoid riding in the dark and cold. Under watchful eyes
of our instructors you will better your riding tech and emerge out of winter
stronger than ever. |
